The house built in 1968 was out dated and too small for a family with three kids.

We extended the first floor by adding a big dormer along the long side of the roof.

We opend up the downstairs with a big open kitchen and bij roof lights above. The kitchen and dining area is divided from the living room by a double sided fire place.

The build in garage was turnt into the gym and washing area.
